How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot password?” option from the login screen. Follow the email link and return to the app to complete recovery.

Why is my vehicle not showing up?

Try refreshing the app, confirm you are on the correct account, and report the issue if a newly added build still does not sync.

Why didn’t a meet QR check-in work?

Make sure the QR code matches the correct event and that your camera permissions are enabled for Empire Connect.

Where do I report a bug?
